Ridgeview Ranch Treatment Programs are ongoing comprehensive, integrated programs that address the needs of the chemically dependent adult person. The focus of the program is to assist the client in identifying and accepting the illness, to help in the establishment of new goals, to improve the understanding of feelings and attitudes, and to support sobriety through the learning of new ways of dealing with problems without the use of mood altering chemicals.
Sub-Acute Detox Program
Subacute care is a level of care needed by a patient who does not require hospital acute care, but who requires more intensive skilled care than is provided at the Residential level of care. Recovering addicts often need this kind of acute care as the symptoms they face during detox are overwhelming. Sub-acute detox gives the client an opportunity to utilize counseling, therapy, and medications prescribed by an addiction Doctor to reduce the pain and discomfort associated with withdrawal . Detox from substances may be life-threatening. Certain substances of should never be stopped abruptly and the client must be managed and monitored by addiction professionals. These substances include Alcohol, Benzodiazepines, Opioid prescription narcotics, such as OxyContin, Percocet, Vicodin and hydrocodone, and Heroin.
Residential Treatment Program (RTC)
Ridgeview Ranch Residential Treatment Program offers an intensive program. It operates seven days a week beginning at 9:00 AM for a minimum of 45 hours per week. Five evenings a week, residential clients are directed to 12 Step meetings within the community as well as to a multi-family counseling group. Residential clients live at the facility with 24-hour supervision. This service is provided to both men and women who are chemical dependent, 18 to 60 years of age.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Partial Hospital/Day Treatment Level of Care Guidelines
Our PHP Day Treatment Program is a freestanding program that maintains hours of service for at least 20 hours per week and may also include half-day programs that provide services for less than 4 hours per day. The Partial Hospital/Day Treatment Program is used as a step up from a less intensive level of care, or as a step down from a more intensive level of care. We specialize in the concurrent treatment of co-occurring substance use disorders and stabilized mental health conditions.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Ridgeview Ranch Intensive Outpatient Program provides a 36-session intensive outpatient program for our clients who are chemically dependent or abusing mood-altering substances. Three one-hour groups are held 3 to 5 times per week and include a family component. Our sober living provides additional support during this level of care.
The client’s family is highly encouraged to be a part of the recovery process. Our family program is based on the understanding that when a client returns to the family environment the dynamics will change. Our goal is to help family members and loved ones to comprehend addiction and the ramifications of co-dependency. We help the family and client to improve their communications and problem in a safe and supportive environment. We try to bring awareness, understanding, and resolution, not just for the client but for the family members so together they can start the healing process.
